Incomplete
A report may be missing records.
Outdated
Information may no longer be current.
Mistaken identity
It may belong to someone with a similar name.
Information in a report may be incomplete, outdated, or associated with another person with a similar name. Users should independently verify important details.
2. Prohibited uses
You must not use this service or any information obtained through it to determine a person's eligibility for:
Employment
Including hiring, promotion, or retention.
Housing
Including tenant screening or rental decisions.
Credit or loans
Any decision about extending or pricing credit.
Insurance
Underwriting, eligibility, or pricing decisions.
Any other FCRA purpose
